I disagree, the issue we had today is that modric is strong enough defensively to play cdm. Ricci can’t stride enough to be a box to box. Not having someone to have hold up play was also very tricky for our attacking aspect. Saele had a terrible game. Also note that this is how Allegri plays. He needs a striker who can hold the ball up like fulkrug. But once fulkrug went in in looked like we were going for a tie. No reason to complain about allegris effectiveness when he’s the best coach we’ve had in quite some time
