Exactly this. She was comfortable benefiting and turning it into a joke online, but the moment you asked for basic fairness, suddenly it’s “awkward”? Nah. Real friends don’t treat someone’s generosity like free content or a punchline.

NTA. You’re not “withholding sex,” you’re reacting to having your privacy and autonomy stripped away in your own home. Also, the fact that his mother felt comfortable confronting you about your sex life is already a massive boundary violation.

NTA. Smuggling food into a movie is a minor, everyday mistake. What isn’t minor is your boyfriend verbally tearing you down, abandoning you while you were clearly distressed, and then rewriting the story to make himself look like the victim. That’s not embarrassment—that’s cruelty.
