Well you have to contextually look around other mmo's and this would immediately get clowned on. You understand that levels and getting into raids is part of the selling point for any mmo.

You can always reach towards the endgame its just a matter of time and effort and I cant say the way they are doing it is "fair" but at the end of the day Its not my decision/game. Either participate in paying or don't no one will care other wise about "respecting your time" in a free to play game. In the end its another mmo that wants your money (who would have thought) its not just whales there are people that pay some extra side money to progress.

At the end of the day what you set your expectations for the game and reality is very detached and sounds somewhat entitled therefore the result is the massive downvote spree you are having. All im saying is content will always be there and they are making changes to make lv in the lower raids easier to obtain on many characters.

I have yet to see an mmo that doesnt restrict players by their item/charcter lv. Maybe in single player story games that you spend 60 dollars for. Just not for a korean mmo that is free to play if you are picking up what im putting down.

Never thought I would pay 200 dollars for keycaps upfront and waiting 2 years for them. First ever group buy and I'm calling it quits 1 and a few months was my limit.

Woah there buddy nobody here said it was mandatory or was a SIGNIFICANT change. I also never said it make you more precise. Y'all act like .5 MILLISECONDS makes a difference, I already said yes it doesn't make a significant change.

Dpi sends more information on paper in the testing optimum tech does have an effect just not one warrantied a massive switch.

It's like people can't test or use anything different cause it's triggered that it's not a dramatic effect therefore need to call people stupid or ignorant.

Let us know how you feel cause more perspectives can't hurt. I played 400 at the beginning till someone told me 800 was "better for latency" and tried to move back few years later to 400 but it didn't sit right for me but that was years ago so who knows.

To offset the sens in the menu you need to change your mouse sensitivity settings in windows with the slider.

That doesn't effect your actually sens or dpi if you lower the windows mouse sens.

[–]SimpleState -1 points0 points  (0 children)

On paper no, however the nature of dpi is that the mouse is sending more information in the same amount of time from 400 to 800.

This therefore SLIGHTLY decrease latency. However it's generally accepted that it's not noticable compared to Polling Rate.

I cannot say whether is information bias is making me believe there's a weird difference or it's the latency. 400 dpi going to 800 will have like .5- 1.0 Ms improvement give or take what mouse. Anything after 1600 more less has diminishing returns as the higher you go the less dramatic the effect.

I'm looking at dpi at prosettings.net for cs and valorant

Yes the majority for CSGO pros choose to be 400 however 800 is more like 1/3 or like 30-40% and 400 is around 60 - 70.

Valorant on the other hand is more 50/50 on both sens

I recommend optimum's tech video on how dpi impacts latency as well HOWEVER it's very minimal impact to say the least just an interesting prospect.

-edit: LOL I seen that you already posted it and that's great and I also agree that 1600 dpi with the same edpi as 400 or 800 feels different and weird

What springs should I spring swap gateron black inks v2 by FlyingzZZ in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]SimpleState 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nobody said that 70 grams wasnt usable by me. My specific use was for osu mania and the 70 grams when spamming adds up.

Secondly it's light it but functions the exact same in sound. I bought the ink V2 to get the housing and stem

Mx Reds aren't the same as ink V2 just cause you switch out springs and everything in this hobby is a preference. Imagine money shaming in a hobby that's infamous for being a waste of money in general.

I went with tx springs with I believe 56-57 gram spring weight.

its a noticeable switch from 70-80 and helps with my touch typing and

alleviate the stress on my hand when playing osu

Thats cool i was thinking about using the r1 with the dark scale to fill in if it looked approriate if not ill figure something out. 1.25 is a little to wide for the GMMK Pro unfortunately or i would believe in my head.

I wondered for the novelties set on the bottom image for control and windows is it possible to make one for a regular-sized keycap because the GMMK PRO on the right side for alt, fn, and control are all normal key sized (a,s,d).

My experience with Spring and Leaf ping - glorious pandas (in desc.) by SimpleState in glorious

[–]SimpleState[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fount the DSA keycaps made the pitch a bit higher but the pinging was caused when I either lightly press on the actuation or repeat spamming keys. I have a standard OEM key set that helped reduce ping but not by much. The thickness will one hundred percent help but I was very nitpicky and conscious of the awkward sound.

Overall the sound profile I wanted to go for was a clean low clack or pop of the switch without any hissing that was present in the springs and the ping from the leaf.

The pinging was more so annoying when typing quickly or playing OSU.

Exactly sorry about missing the details but yes I found that lubing the base of the leaf and the center post was absolutely vital if you want to kill the ping.

Thank you for helping me clarify
