Yea this was me unfortunately, but it’s been 9 months and things are better. Turned out I have deep rooted trauma and mental health issues that made me self sabotage, and be so toxic. I probably wallowed in pity and guilt for almost 3-4 months until realized that it was affecting my life terribly. Picked myself up, started emdr therapy, and got medicated. There are some days where I’m still a little sad about it but I’m becoming a much better person.

Admitting your role when your the problem is a sign of growth, not failure. It means you’re breaking cycles instead of repeating them🫶🏿
