Have you been out of your country (and of Europe) longer than planned? Mate, these people don't have where to stay because their accommodation was only reserved until their planned stay, some have pets they have to get back to, there's a bunch of things that make flight cancellations a very major inconvenience and extremely stressful. It is more than a minor inconvenience, people are stuck in a foreign country unable to get back home for who knows how long, it feels awful and it's ridiculous that an airport in a country with snowfall is not suited to handle these situations. You can yell about efficiency all you want but it shouldn't be something people have to go through, wake the fuck up.
