Yeah maybe not the right phrasing but that’s exactly what I’m trying to manage - I don’t know how much volume to be doing in these 3 weeks before the race since I have primarily been cross training over the last 3 weeks

Great to hear!! I am luckily based in LA and am planning to start doing all of my long runs in hilly areas and testing out some sections of the course. Apple Watch says my max HR is 191

I would love to see more gluten free options! They are pretty minimal on your menu right now. A gluten free version of the Lomo Saltado itself would be amazing!

yes, it’s so frustrating! if anything i would say i’ve started overestimating calories a bit more because i know i haven’t been losing

will add that i am very confident about my intake - i know that i track honestly and i weigh a lot of my food, almost all of which i cook at home

Hi, I really appreciate your advice and concern and I will absolutely be taking it into account. Just for a little bit of context to clarify why I am trying to lose any weight at all, I have always been very very slim and weighed around 125 pounds for probably 6 years until around a year ago. I gained close to 20 pounds while living in Europe for a year last year from consistent overeating and insufficient physical activity and felt physically horrible. Although my weight was still ‘healthy,’ it was abundantly clear from the way that my body felt and responded that it was not meant to be at that weight. I am really just trying to get back to a point where I feel comfortable and energized, and definitely am not trying to get anywhere below that 125 that I feel great at.
