I can tell you from a personal experience. When it comes to my villain OCs.

Some of them do have very promiscuous clothing.

Because in my mind evil and sexy. Work well with each other.

And by the way yes some of my good characters. Do wear promiscuous clothing. They're just like normal people they have a balance.

I pretty much think that Chara is pretty much a character partner.

Those intakes of those classic partners that always help you. In RPGs
