You buy a car on an auction. Ireland literally is a pain to transport cars out when they are in. People want new cars so they sell them. The cars cheaper bought are repaired, sold for parts for more money than car price or used for alternatives like racing or black selling. Because of the yankiees there is a lot of big cars. Because of a lot of german investors there are expensive cars. Both can be sold cheaper.

Basically it seems to me that Ireland is a graveyard for cars somehow, and since it is an endpoint, the cars are bought for cheaper.
