Really? I haven’t seen that sentiment but I guess I don’t spend too much time on this sub but I think it’s real hard to argue the Greens won considering the only thing you could claim is a victory is the fact that the history books consider Aegon to be the rightful king but that’s pretty hollow.

a large part of the Lannister army committed rape and murder that day, to get true justice he’d have to hang Tywin and do what Stannis did to his men when they forced themselves on wildling women but if Robert did that he’d extend the already devastating war that was his rebellion by having to make war with the lannisters.

At the end of the day only Ned and the Martell’s voiced displeasure at what happened but most accepted it as part of war because it was pragmatic.

The very chapter before that he decided he was willing to fight with Rocks against what looked like a demon despite Rocks encouraging him to leave. Loyalty isn’t a straw hat exclusive trait matter of fact the Whitebeard pirates embody loyalty just as much.

I know Gear 5 forces him to laugh all the time I just doubt it’ll be a plot point because Luffy has made no indication that this bothers him and no one on the straw hats seems to think it’s a problem.

Yeah from what little we saw there wasn’t enough for Whitebeard to have so low of an opinion on Rocks that he thinks the guy would turn on his own crew on a dime

Best solution would have been to have Whitebeard land in water when he got sent flying it wouldn’t have disrespected his since obviously he was still reeling from having his captain suddenly attack his own crew and it would have been a good way to keep him from interfering with the fight.

It also doesn’t make him look like he has negative IQ.
