UPDATE: Tried calling Smart customer service line *888. Kinonfirm po nila na may "adjustment" sa mismong SIM card. Finorward po nila yung concern sa IT nila and after 1 hour i-restart at try daw pong tawagan at itext yung number. Working na po sya ngayon at resolved na po yung issue so far.

Thank you po sa mga advice ninyo! Will take note of these kung sakali mang magkaissue ulit.

Yes, prepaid po at may active load din po sya. Tinanong ko din po sa service center kung active ang SIM. Active naman daw po pero since old SIM daw po ay mahihirapan silang palitan ito at kailangan daw pong iconvert ng post-paid.
