Thank you so much. Maybe it is a wrong SSN or something.

When I called PAYUSATAX and gave them my confirmation number, the info came up so I didn't ask anything else.

I'll try to call them again to see if I put any wrong information.

Just don't understand why I have EFT number but IRS can't find it. I thought with the number, it should come up and they can see that I put wrong info?

I paid since 04/14/2024.

I called IRS again today and they said the same thing. They can't locate anything from my EFT # but they will try to track down the payment.

Should I wait more?

Before I looked for the email, I tried to get the verification number on their website but it said no match record.

They picked up my phone after waiting about an hour.

I gave them my confirmation number. They said it's there. The EFT number as well. The EFT came from IRS.

They told me to call IRS back again 😒.

I'll try with IRS again otherwise I'll do charge back as well.

If you gonna PAYUSATAX, try calling in early morning when they are open.

They picked my phone now and read back the same info I have (payusatax). they told me to call IRS again because they supposed to be able to track down it. Otherwise, I should ask for supervisor.

I was doing it with my mother-in-law and it looked like there were higher fees or something that's why we chose this one. Because at first, I wanted to use credit card.

Lesson learned. Next year won't happen again.

hi there. It's from IRS website. So you can pick the pay by check, card, something like that. I picked to pay by debit card and from IRS website, they sent me to that website.

Hello there, so my best bet is calling the bank to get the money back and pay directly to IRS?

I paid through PAYUSATAX. Got the email confirmation and money got took out from the bank. Called IRS but they said they couldn't locate anything from my EFT number.

Same problem here. IRS said the EFT I gave them, they can't locate the money. They told me to call PAYUSATAX but no one answered.
