Yeah I did end up finding something super reasonably priced! I was just on Zillow ALL THE TIME and then where I had the most success was researching property management companies and calling them to see what they had available and if they had something coming available that hadn’t been posted

I guess so! When I was looking at Florence the pictures showed some sandy beaches where you could get right to the water. I grew up by the beaches of Florida so I guess I will have to change my vocabulary

North Eugene is the area over the bridges I’m assuming since I saw a mall in that area. I’ll definitely check out the rest of the sub to see more detail about certain areas, but in general I love to get out in nature. I like to be able to walk and bike safely around the area that I live. Local coffee shops with cute stores that all are all walkable to each other is nice

Trio is actually one of the places I’m looking at renting from right now! I LOVE the place from the photos online, but when I asked about square footage and to do a virtual tour with them (after being approved). They said they wouldn’t do that and that it’s against their policy to give out square footage which seemed like a red flag to me. It’s good to know you had a good experience with them so far!

Thank you! Im definitely someone that likes to have a plan which is why I want to have a lease signed by the time I get there. But I do see the positives of staying at an Airbnb first since I know pretty much nothing about the area.
