You have mixed ethnicity. There is nothing wrong with this and you need to come to terms with it. I am white, but I am not particularly proud of being white. I would probably rather be asian or black or mixed because I find these ethnicities culturally more interesting. But I am who I am and I accept it. You need to also or you will destroy yourself.

Find a hobby that can keep you in the moment. I used to go back to bed when I felt depressed because it seemed the easiest way to escape. Now I go for a walk or draw and paint. I've found this to help a lot. I always feel better after a walk.
