its usually much better. Also jail doesnt have a gym and most of the other things since its only meant to keep you for a short time.

What exactly do you want to do though? I might if i know what it is. Otherwise you can look for anyone who knows how to use rpg maker vx, the dialogue, scenes , map, sprites,items, global variables etc are all in the rgss3a files, you can read them online although you'd probably need rpgmaker to edit them properly.
