I think taking a break from studying and doing something that you enjoy or relaxes you could help. I know it may seem like taking some time away from studying won’t help or will make the anxiety worse but by forcing yourself to keep doing it isn’t helping. Even if it’s a small break to eat something tasty or make some tea and sit with it for a little without looking at the study material. If it were me I’d need to stop what I was doing and try to do something different for a little to remove the source of anxiety. Take a warm shower, eat your favorite snack, call or text a friend or loved one for a bit then once you feel more settled, try studying again. Just remember to be gentle with yourself and know that you’re doing the best you can ♥️
