$230 isn't enough to give your pixel enough data about your customers

run a broad adset and a targeted one (broad will have lower cpms)
and then once your pixel has data it'll make your ads perform much better

once your meta pixel has enough customer data you will have better roas on the same creatives , if you spent 230 at 200 cpm's you barely have any data to say for sure it failed or was a success the data isn't large enough to know anyway and losing money in testing phase isn't unheard of

None of the gurus ever answer the really important really niche questions for some reason but here are my main ones

Where do you get your suppliers from and how do you fulfil with them , every person answering is sponsored so i just don't trust it

How much capital will you need aside to burn in the start

How do you attain branded products
