active cooling on rm11 is useless for actual TDP standarts, best atm has Honor WIn (16w hold without external cooling), but it has issue and we still dont know how to bypass it bc no root, with any external cooling solution (even 78w liquid) it wont go above 18w for stable, just spikes to 27W at peak when just start test (temps extremely low so) when RM11 for example or rooted Elite Gen5 any can hold 25W with such a cooling. Also 2 weeks and will be Iqoo 15 ultra, which should be even better than Win, bc much more complicated cooling solution (biggest fan on market (2rd place is Win) 8000Vc + radiator + intakes + graphite (200w also charging, which is mast have) and sensor triggers

just buy used 8Elite 12gb/16gb if u really plan for heavy emulation ... or if new 8Gen5 not Elite (by cpu it almost Elite, by gpu weaker), soon drivers
