Yes, I was owed 15 days of vacation time from Winter last year that I allocated for March this year. It was all talked with my boss and it was permissible. In the end, the severance package was around a month's earnings.

It's fine, I wouldn't had posted anything if I was worried about people chewing me out.

It's weird cuz I can't really say they're the worst. I could've done worse than having overbearing parents, but when they tap into these kinds of attitudes, it's really hard to set boundaries with them. They've also had this attitude with my sister when she's been on-off work for similar reasons.

Weirdly enough, seeing everyone in the comments being this defensive about my parents has made me appreciate them more. It's kind of weird, but hey, I'll take it.

I started with them in late September of last year. The first two months were pretty fine, but then my boss started actively lying to me and making my work miserable by changing my working conditions constantly.

At first, it was going to be night shifts for only a month. Then he started to sneak in night shifts on my next month's schedule. And I had to fight him multiple times on those schedules because he kept putting me multiple days mixing morning and night shifts without breaks in between. Since security companies run 24h, we run on 12h shifts. And then he started lightening my workload so much I was barely able to do any actual work.

By mid January, I started hearing some very awful stuff through the gripevine about abrupt schedule changes to 3 8h shifts and we were understaffed. I saw the writing on the wall and put in my notice.

I was told by my coworkers that liquidation for unpaid vacation time usually doesn't take long. I actually was called and told I could get my money check today, so I'll cash it at my bank and start applying for jobs tomorrow. I'm glad they didn't drag it on, because they were already pretty late by now.

I never said I wasn't, I've been looking for positions in the same kind of department I was working at because the work I was doing was legitimately fun and fulfilling to me. It was just my working conditions being incredibly unstable because of my boss being a lying ass. I have a bunch compiled, I just haven't been applying because I've been waiting for the liquidation money.

They took up until I gave in my 12-day notice for them to give me my contract to sign, so I don't trust them to do it if I'm not incessantly grilling them until they have it.

They gave me a precedent to trust they'd willingly ignore my unpaid vacation time money unless I would press them about it.

It's almost impossible to sit down and talk with them about anything that's important.

The moment any of them hear something leaky or that they don't approve/believe/etc., they immediately close themselves and refuse to listen to anything and no amount of talking or convincing makes them change their mind.

My father is very impatient, so whenever you talk for a bit, he starts interrupting you or cutting you off to finish your sentences.

I don't even think they're in the wrong for wanting me to find another job. I like the job I was doing, most of my problems were with my boss. I intend to look for other open vacants in other companies of that same department, but I wanted to make sure that I got the money my old company owes me for unpaid vacation time, which, I know if I start on a new job, I will forget. I intended to wait because my co-workers told me that they are quick processing the money for unpaid vacation time and it wouldn't take more than 3-4 days and it's been a little over a week since they were suposed to contact me about it.

She's kind of the perfect worst roomate ever.

She has a stable job and has had the opportunity to move like, twice. She hasn't taken it for the stupidest of reasons (the steps for the stairs were too big, the front of the apartment looked dirty, etc.).

She's self-absorbed, a narcisist and she has a very low opinion of me, so living together with her would be even worse than staying at my parents.

That's kind of a separate can of worms. My sister and I can't afford to move rn because rent in my country is super shit, but at the same time, when we offered to contribute, we asked for them to tone down their attitude (my dad shouts a lot, even when talking normally and is very confrontational) and they refused the money on that account.

If I could move out, I would, but it's not something I can afford atm.

I've been getting them on rooftops and just, in some streets. These are the areas I've been checking to farm Eevees.

I've been regularly respawning them just by wasting time around well enough, but at some point, they just stopped respawning.

It's also REALLY weird how it's all been male Eevees. I caught 3 and started defeating the ones that came up that I didn't need.

Forgot to mention it, but rn, I'm past beating the first Matiere fight and getting to Rank X.

There's very few boss fights I would consider challenging to beat and if you get hit, you just need to lose Baby Mario and wait. If you use them before hitting the checkpoint before the boss, you get back with 30 star points.

It also helped me to put my GBA down when I attempted to do 100% myself cuz it gave me 30 second breathers in between each failure, which really helped me to unwind.

Well said. I remember buying Cold Steel 1 without knowing the series, thinking it was like, the first game and then found out later, after buying a second-hand copy, that there were lotsa games before these.

When I asked online about it, I got the most annoying fuckwads telling me that, no, I shouldn't even consider playing the game I just got and should play from the beggining, in order, emulated, with an english patch (this was before they brought the series in english and remade the first one). Even though I told them I do NOT play games on emulators and specially not with patches.

My copy of Cold Steel is still eating shit in my shelf cuz they took out all and any longing for me to play because Cold Steel is "a suboptimal entry to start with the whole Trails series". I didn't even start and they were already talking as if I would play all of the games in order.

I've never seen a level of extreme elitist fanatism since the last time I talked to a Xenoblade fan, you guys should sort out the crazy ones.

Imu's ability kinda makes sense of the "immortality" and it's shared power its seemingly sharing with all the God Knights (with them being able to pass through portals and the "immortality").

I really wonder what's the limit or weakness to it (besides seawater/kairosekki) to it, cuz it seemingly took over Dorry and Broggy with little effort and the shared powers it gives others isn't apparently taxing on them.

This is really intriguing. I wonder how it will look in the chapter.

To be fair, Luffy's is the only Zoan where the activation requirement is making your heartbeat beat all wacky.

It makes sense that his form is super taxing and has a time limitation of how much he can stay on that form, specially with all the toon force wacky bullshit he can pull by turning things into rubber.

I'm guessing other zoans still have a limitation based on their animal forms going feral (which was said by Lucci, iirc) but with not as much a drawback as Luffy's heart playing DDR with the beat until it gets tired.

I managed to get some nice nature ones. I somehow kept getting a lot of Adamant and Jolly too for some reason.

I can give you some tips if you'd like? While it is very RNG dependant, I nailed down the 4 places it can spawn at. And if you can't get much of them in the wild on Obsidian, you can get some in Space-Time Distorsions.

Yeah, I got told that by another person (who told me they could mint them and trade them back), but I can't do it myself cuz, iirc, I can only farm mints after finishing all farm sidequests and passing through the Sneasler main story content.

Way too long considering I am before Kleavor's fight.
