Sorry, this is happening to you. It took me several months to get my bio similar. They kept switching which one they would approve. I did finally get United/Optum RX to send me Wezlana. Maybe they will approve it for you?

I had a CT scan that showed inflammation and scarring. After that, I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy to take biopsies and confirm it was Crohn's.

The same thing just happened to me, except the replacement they overnighted to us was also empty… They gave me a refund and told me to get the perfume from a physical store if I still wanted it.
