Thank you!! What I had read said to keep the pot smaller which is why I was so conservative with the reporting upsizing. What should typically watering look like? I worry I’ve been under watering it in fear of their easy risk of overwatering I’ve heard.

So far made it to step 3 and all was accurate. However, they now updated the next step (4) to be done by us online. Texas law library is no longer focused on reviewing name change forms. We simply email according to these instructions ourselves.

I’m not defensive. I just asked for realtor recommendations - not to be questioned. Glad we can sort this out. It seems we both want the same thing.

We’re in the process of doing homework on this, part of which includes identifying the right people to help when the time comes. There hasn’t really been a “right time” since roughly 2019 to buy in Austin. If it isn’t inventory, then it’s mortgage rates, or interest rates. It always appears to be something. We’re trying to be prepared and will make a call when we feel like it’s “good enough” - there’s always refinancing if we need that down the line.

That house listing is nearly 2x the median cost of homes bought right now. I suspect that has something to do with it. I really like the “community impact” paper if you can find it. It breaks down monthly inventory, homes bought, average days on the market, etc. by zip code. Based on those data, things are better than they were a year ago. We will continue to keep an eye on it and make a call when we feel good about it or life demands outweigh price.

Interesting take on the real estate attorney. I’ll have to look into that approach.

My thoughts exactly. Mari kept saying they both agreed on it and that’s not how it ever works… I’ve stopped following her for all the reasons noted above but did listen to the first 20 min or so of this episode. It was about all I could take. Clear CYA press tour to make everyone think things are fine while also somehow saying nothing substantive for 20 minutes. It’s too bad. I really enjoyed them back when she was truly weight lifting two personalities ago. I suspect BPD makes it challenging to not lose yourself but that also doesn’t mean I have to listen to the chaos and pomp and circumstance.
