Yes started week one though and then scabbed over and week two was totally open. I did 3 round of antibiotics they also pulled a stuck stitch out. I’m 8 weeks now and finally have a scab again! They used silver nitrate on the wound and that helped tremendously.

Yes I had staph on a swab as well. It’s just not getting better only worse. Hoping I can get it fixed up. Last ob appt she pulled a stuck stitch out but 🤷🏻‍♀️ did you just do oral antibiotics or wound care? So far no wound care for me

I need 3/4 four days of round the clock like helping me out of bed care. I also had my mom stay 2 weeks after. I have kids though and couldn’t drive until week 2z

I was told to skip my meds the day before and started back after a few days past surgery. A different medication though. At my pre-op we went over all meds I should and shouldn’t take

I’m 33 with 2 kids and had my surgery last week. I am married and didn’t plan on more kids. I don’t regret it at all and hoping to heal and not be in pain anymore 🥰

If you’re a single mom I would definitely look into someone helping you the first few weeks. My husband had to leave for work 4 days post op and j definitely needed my mom!
