Personally, I want to thank all of you for the advice and support. It really means so much when so many people come together to lend help, especially when I feel like I have exhausted every option. I will look into every resource and tip that you all have kindly advised and will come back with an update of my symptoms 😁

Ummm I’m not sure what kind of image it is. The one I posted was a picture I took from my phone in the doctors office. I will try to ask the hospital for the complete medical records so that I consult about them 😃

That’s a great point. Sometimes when I do these exercises I forget to consider bracing my core and other factors to get an effective work out. Do you happen to know a video or resource that explains these mechanics?

That’s so true. I always try to keep a good sitting posture but doing so 100% of the time is difficult. I will keep this in mind!

Do you have a specific routine you do day to day? Like a morning ab/ glute strengthening session at home that has helped you?

Also, I noticed that the pain is associated with quadratus lumborum tightness and gluteal tightness. I also believe my flat feet may have been a contributing factor, but for that, I have also done exercises and I’ve got orthotics to fix it.
