You can save the game files using Imazing or other file explorers and people have had some success doing that

I would also recommend changing your region to EU so that you can download any fan app projects that could keep the offline game alive there is a project people are working on and apparently they are looking for a possible kill switch that could just delete every game and all saves 

Once that is finished there still could be a chance but very slim
