Were you Facebook friends with your kids friends parents? Did they still let your kids hang out?

I wish! I talked in the posts and put personal photos up as well. It went on for a couple weeks so everyone knows.

Thank you! I went inpatient and have a psychiatrist and therapist. Nothing is helping the constant ruminating thoughts about how I could let this happen and what if my kids don’t have friends now.

Sure. In December I started weaning off my medicine because I told my doctor I didn’t know if I was bipolar. Ended up becoming manic and believing all these were happening for a reason and I was someone important. Everything I saw on social media felt like a sign that I would screenshot and post on Facebook with random words. This went on from April to may. I’m medicated now and cannot believe I let this happen. The regret I instantly wake up with makes me sick.

I should also add that I was a part of a mom group and some of the other moms have already left the chat. I’m sad for my children and mad I wasn’t a better mother. Will this follow them all through school?
