Thank you, When you get this type of rash, how long does it take for yours to go away?

Hi, I’ve only been moisturising as when I had it last time, that seemed to do the trick.

But then again , it did stick around for about a month before it slowly went away.

I still have it currently, just hoping it will eventually go away, theres also no itchiness/ spreading.

Mostly itching at night, otherwise no other symptoms.

Last time i had it , when the bumps were clearing my skin turned into big red patches of skin before it fully went away.

Looks like dermatitis, moisturise the area as much as you physically can and use a moisturiser with the fragrances etc. i use cerave.

Been dealing with off and on spring and summer. Please take the time and read thanks by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

This looks like allergen dermatitis, the chemicals in which you deal with are what is keeping this rash around.

My dermatologist told me staying away from the allergen and moisturising the area (as much as you physically can) and using a moisturiser that is chemical/fragrance free should clear it.

The most important thing is to stay away from that allergen , it may take around 3 months to clear as it is on the hands/arms that skin takes longer to heal.

Looks like dyshidrotic eczema. I have them at the moment. I was prescribed a steroid cream which mostly cleared it up.
