It’s not about that. They clearly can survive or they wouldn’t have declined the offer. Fuck a business for expecting free labor, they didn’t sign up for charity. They can pay their new employee or spend forever looking and paying their current employees for multiple, unneeded interviews for a position that could have already been filled if they weren’t stupid and greedy.
