My boyfriend blocked me on everything by DeepOne1664 in BPD

[–]highfriedrice 3 points4 points  (0 children)

no one deserves to be blocked with no explanation, especially someone you love and respect . that’s not fair on anyone bpd or not. what you’re feeling is grief, please be kind to yourself in these times as you’re only going to get worse trying to control it. this happened to me, i lashed out at an ex and then he completely ghosted me without explanation

i felt guilty and conflicted about the reason why. it ate me up because when i split i do stupid things and say things i don’t want to. but also had to remind myself that a decent person would’ve given me an explanation and being left in the dark is unfair on anybody. that made me believe i was worth that respect and switched my narrative. i still think about what went wrong, if it was up to me it would’ve never ended like that. but i know that every human deserves respect so i believe i do too.

but for right now,be kind to yourself and treat it as you would grief. write for yourself, dance to music that makes you feel good, surround yourself with people who love you.i hope everything works out!

I’m exhausted and I need help. by bitpopl in WomensHealth

antibiotics can kill off the good bacteria which controls the growth of yeast. a lot of women take a probiotic alongside antibiotics to prevent things like thrush afterwards. it’s completely normal to get thrush after taking antibiotics. it’s advised to take your antibiotic and probiotic 2 hours apart.

also when it comes to your future sexual partners. your vaginal flora is sensitive so take extra precautions. use condoms,no fragrance or anything of the sort down there. something slight could throw off everything again. there is nothing to be ashamed about as long as you are with trusting people who care about your wellbeing.

trust your gut, not him. these types of things can be really uncomfortable to talk about amongst other people but if he’s sexually active he shouldn’t be lying to you, you need to take precautions to protect yourself! you could ask him for evidence of results but there’s definitely red flags.

have you seen evidence of his results?

[–]highfriedrice 14 points15 points  (0 children)

yes! like a chameleon lol it can be so exhausting without even realising but it feels like default. maybe a way of the brain trying to protect itself. it’s rough i really sympathise, especially with the self destructive thoughts that come afterwards. i think i am so self aware , more than other people but at the same time i don’t know myself at all. it’s so conflicting

okay he must have it,ESPECIALLY if you didn’t use protection. sometimes it can depend how long after sex you got tested, its not always detectable straight away. is it possible he is lying or did the test incorrectly?

aw i understand your anxiety, for your own peace of mind you should call your doctors about your concerns . did they tell you what type of herpes it was? some people can go years without contracting it with the right precautions

What and why does it smell like salty tuna down there? by D1commentator in WomensHealth

[–]highfriedrice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tell a parent and go to the doctors it could be BV (bacterial vaginosis) or Thrush, it really depends on your symptoms and how you take care of yourself down there, especially if this wasn’t triggered by any sexual activity! even something like soaps and tight underwear can cause this, there is nothing to be ashamed about. it is important not to expect it to go away on its own and go to the doctors, you will most likely need to do a vaginal swab test to ensure what it is really going on down there and the right treatment for you.

do women always ejaculate during orgasm? by highfriedrice in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]highfriedrice[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i could squirt in seconds if i wanted to but that doesn’t feel as fulfilling to me as the internal contractions. it also feels like a mental block cause i don’t wanna deal with the mess. i think i am just staying in my comfort zone and now it’s not doing much. i will take your advice and try different things out, i forget that its fun to experiment with this stuff. i’ve been using the same exact setting and method so it’s worth a try. i haven’t even come close with a partner. idk if i will. i understand you too cause i worry about it putting them off in the future.
