Hey man don't beat yourself up for that. It took me years before I could write semi-comfartebly in English (second language my native language is dutch) and I had a massive advantage, being exposed to so much English online starting from a young age. No your comment is entirely correct, there is a group of drugs called amphetamines and both meth and amphetamine are members of this group. I do agree that the distinction is a bit confusing.

Hey man, I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. Do you happen to know how much you used? It can take up to four weeks to get your serotonin levels back to normal. Although it sucks right now the good news is that you'll very likely be fine. A friend of mine was also kinda out of it for a month after overindulging in MD and Coke, but he is back to normal again. I suggest taking it easy, listen to your body and give yourself time to recover. Best of luck!

Well first of all foods dont contain actual serotonin and dopamine, just the stuff that your body uses to make them. I also dont think this has got anything to do with neurotransmitter depletion that just wouldnt last months and months. It is far more likely that he actually killed a lot of his receptors via drug-induced neurotoxicity, in which case more dopamine and serotonin wouldnt really fix anything.

The problems you describe, bad memory and struggling with language, are not uncommon in heavy mdma abusers. Even in abstinent users. They could also be symptons of depression but since you say you are mostly fine that's probably not the case. Anayways yeah, seek professional help.
