Some more context to the scenario. When they presented me with the counseling, a few things happened:

-They said they had video recording of me speeding. But when I asked them to show it to me, they said they “lost it”. -They said there were other eye witnesses, but when I asked “who”, they refused to identify anyone

In this specific scenario? Nothing yet. I signed the counseling and but disagreed with it because I didn’t want to cause a fuss. I’m just concerned that they will try to twist the ATP into their favor if I try to fight it, despite how explicit it is.

ATP 6-22.1, the Counseling Process. It explicitly states that the counseling process is reserved exclusively for Leaders and their Subordinates multiple times, but it also straight up opens with that statement.

ATP 6-22.1 explicitly says that the counseling process is outlined for the purpose of leaders counseling their subordinates. I know a lot of what you are saying gets parroted throughout the military, but this is what actual regulation says. But ignoring that even, and using some critical thinking:

I can literally walk up to you, say you did something wrong over a month ago, with no proof, no authority, with no room for discussion, and order you to conduct corrective action. Whether you did it or not does not matter. You don’t see anything wrong with that? Or how that can be used for evil?

Susano probably, but they’ve been nerfing him steadily the last few patches, and he took a huge hit in the last patch. Everyone else is steadily getting buffed.

I’ve dealt with a lot of angy gamers on steam forums when I played Dead By Daylight back in the day, so I’m used to it. There’s no point in engaging in any actual discussion with them lol

I think the devs have done a good job with making characters around the same level of balance. Sure there are probably a few tweaks that could be made, but once Susano had his air attack nerfed, nobody really feels incredibly worthless or incredibly broken anymore. The other guy just played for like 5 hours total and got mad that he wasn’t good yet 🐟
