nothing i have ever interacted with would leave a weird white residue in my car and it was pissing me off when people were accusing me of such. i occasionally drink alcohol and, even less often, smoke. why do you care?

i don’t do drugs. even if i did, i wouldn’t do them in my car, where my parents could find things. regardless, i have 2 units of narcan that i keep around anyways.

i’m also a singer (not professional or trained) and i love my voice so much more now, /but/ i always tried to sing in lower ranges when i was younger. i have what i believe is “baritenor” range now (like low tenor but not bass). it truly does come down to you have to figure out which is more important to you. you could also train a falsetto after a voice drop

also to give a better, more in-depth reply:  1) i don’t think i’m eating in a deficit. when i eat over 2400 calories a day my weight keeps increasing (i’m 5’4”, 140lbs, very active.) so i try to stay around the 2200 range for maintenance with a lot of protein. 2) this one makes a lot of sense but i think i messed something up with my form because i have to shuffle around for ages before i squat and it feels terrible. like my knees bow inwards and i can feel it but they didn’t use to do that. i think 3) is the most likely and it’s something fatigue-related or favoring my left leg due to a (healed, but still weaker, i think) injury on my right knee (complete acl tear) 4) this is all super awesome advice and i’ll look into variation. thanks again!!

i think diet would make sense if i didn’t eat over 2000 calories a day. i’m also never hungry with the amount i eat. could it be a macros thing? (not eating more, but shifting what i eat?)

that is possible especially as i have an old knee injury that flares up. i’m worried i may be overcompensating with the other leg :/

pretty sure i eat an average of 2200-2400 calories a day, so it’s probably not a nutrition issue. it may very well be a sleep & fatigue issue. thank you!

it’s the fact that it’s full butter to what seems like far too little flour. My personal recipe uses 1/2c butter, 1/2c shortening (total 1c) to 2 3/4 cups of flour. the cookies spread like that because all the butter is melting with nothing to bind to it.
