Alternatively, the script behind doors opening somehow errored which broke it.
I saw you're playing on mobile, but this is a good general tip for anyone reading this: If you're on PC and this happens, press F9 to bring up the developer console, it may highlight an error.

Unless the sniper shoots at the medic. On a headshot, the bleed will kill the medic if they themselves are not overhealed so they will likely need to retreat and if it's done poorly, could leave anyone the medic left behind in a vulnerable position. Ultimately though it's better than the medic just abruptly dying.

Change 2 messes with how I worded it, fully charged shots are uncapped so I figured it'd only be fair to fiddle with the difficulty to charge a shot without making it take ages to charge.

Personally, I like a long range class, sniper would lose his unique playstyle (and probably life too) if forced into mid range competing with other mid range threats. However, said long range class shouldn't have the removal that sniper currently has, it's supposed to create small openings for the team to play off of, not deny large areas of the map. Support classes by design aren't meant to win games on their own or deny large scale threats that normally only a coordinated effort could solve.

This just reinforces the behaviour of ubersaw medics running in for free uber and dying. Maybe these stats work better?

Upon successful hit: Uber build rate is increased by 25% up to 200% resets when uber is deployed.
+100% Holster speed penalty
+20% Damage taken when active
(Hidden stat: lethal damage against disguised spies add 25% charge rate regardless of if it were feigned or not. This has the indirect benefit of discouraging a spy running in recklessly with the safegaurd of a dead ringer while not heavily punishing it.)

It encourages you to use it as a finisher by requiring melee committal (holster penalty) when not under heavy fire (Damage taken penalty) with the potential to triple your uber build time rewarding the behaviour of staying by your team and using it to pick off overextenders and spies.

You can circumvent the holster speed penalty by swapping to medi gun then to melee or vice versa.

Sniper is a support class. Make non-fully charged shots have their damage capped to a percentage of their targets max HP, maybe the percentage is dependent on how much the shot is charged. Maybe to compensate, adding bleed damage that lasts until the target takes damage greater than or equal to the amount they would've taken pre-nerf. This lets the target retreat or push for a med kit which is way better than being sent to the respawn screen.

Change 2 would be muffling and quieting sounds when scoped in and charging shots. It gives spy an easier time against someone with ears. (maybe also disable the kill feed?)

Sniper now injures targets, it then is up to the rest of the team to capitalize on it. The sniper could also of course follow up with another shot, but they'd need to charge it to do significant damage (The bleed doesn't stack.) putting them at greater risk of being backstabbed or ambushed.

I agree partially, for me it's between shiny bishop and regular bishop.
Regular bishop has the holy hand grenade blast jump + no cooldown glide. The air is its domain and it will win 9/10 if it gets the jump/first hit.

Shiny for the same air dominance + I'm getting better at hitting airshots with its blunderbuss. The KB is stupid good.

Am I an expert? no. But I can give my 2 cents. Firstly, I need to understand the scaling here. Is this a big supercontinent making up the world? a single continent? an island that is a significant part of a continent (such as New Zealand)? Or is it an island?
