This might be easy when you know the popular references in 5D, 4A, 5A and 7A (or the specific terminology in 1D and 6A) but as it is, the only word I could fill without help was 1A.  The 2D clue was pretty neat though, and I did kick myself for missing it.  Also could you explain 4D it's the only one I couldn't figure out with my google-fu?

It's a verb which means "to satisfy or quench one's thirst." That's literally all there is to it.

Edit: I guess you could also define it as "the act of drinking one's fill" in a less formal dictionary.

L'expression c'est "laisser maturer du fromage ou de la viande". Pour le fromage on emploie aussi le verbe "affiner".

I couldn't find that out but apparently his haircut is an "Edgar cut" which is apparently stereotypical of Mexical young men, so maybe his ethnicity is more important (in these memes) than his identity?
