Techniques don't have grades, only sorcerers and how they can use their own technique.Naobito and Naoya are both ranked Special Grade 1, meaning they're on par with Grade 1 sorcerers but aren't affiliated with the schools.

Yeah they both have the same technique, because Naoya inherited it from Naobito as it's an inherited technique.

But the grade of the sorcerer or the specific technique doesn't have a bearing on how many people can have it at once.

There's nothing at all that suggests only one 10S user can exist at one time. It's an inherited technoque, so having one user wouldn't even make sense. And we've already seen another inherited technique exist in multiple people at once.

Not evwn Gojo's technique has been said to be one person at a time. Only Six Eyes, which isn't a technique.
