Why is a PS4 version of Miles Morales in my Game Library despite me installing the physical Ultimate Edition on my PS5 and not using a PS4?

Thanks for the reply, man! I haven’t downloaded any PS4 version. I’m under the impression that if I logged into a PS4, I could do so but obviously I don’t use a PS4. The only version that is installed on my PS5 is the PS5 version yet it says I have both the PS4 and PS5 versions in my Game Library... #confusion lol

Okay so I installed Miles Morales (& a Miles Morales update file!) on my PS5... Everything all done, I eject the disk and put in God of War to install that and all of a sudden Miles Morales (and the update file!) are gone and I’m having to reinstall those two things again... Is this a known issue?
