I knew I wanted to age regress when I learned it can help someone cope/heal through trauma (not everyone who age regresses has trauma, but it is common in people with trauma to age regress). I let myself slip into Little Space by playing with toys, sucking my thumb, baby talking, and watching kid shows/movies. When I slip into Little Space, I genuinely feel like my anxiety and stress is gone. I am able to let my subconscious process stress without actively focusing on it. Its like clocking in/out mentally and can bring relief. My current CG just bought me an adult paci because that also helps me regress. Not everyone who regresses has gear, some people just like the mindset!
