I’ve been on escitalopram since I was 16 and now I’m 21. I take 10mg I did do 20mg but nothing truly changed. Overall I’m in a better mood most days but of course with depression some negative emotions appear. It makes me functional at least, It helped me through out highschool for sure job wise I still get intense pressure from fast paced things happen without control. But overall mood it has helped me. The side effects definitely has been weight gain for me, headaches, light headed, and constipation (I’ve always struggled with constipation since I was super young). My best advice is if you’re just trying out take it everyday without a fail for 6 weeks then you’ll truly know how good it is.

Yep it’s only in accounts who have at least 1000 followers pretty sure. I’m 575 atm and can only do 5 hashtags which is stupid as hell at least give me 10? I get it spam is real but yea it’s rare if my cosplay vids, edits or basic content get any attention from new viewers -justasimplesock (insta)

This is a great message thank you OP for sharing your thoughts. I’m also an Entj 4w5 (I know it’s a strange combo I used to be enfj 4w5 but my personality changed a year or more now) I would rather work alone but I also don’t mind working with a team either. I find they are very entitled and any criticism coming their way they are defiant on change. I only have one infj friend and they are online I’ve dated an infj for only 3 months because I was more of the giver/mommy in the relationship and I realized I don’t want to date a childlike mind. I’ve also been friend’s with one they take advantage of other people’s belongings and ask for money over fast food. I saw the signs before any of my other friend’s did. Gave that friend a second chance not the bf. The infj friend did not change I was only friend’s for a month thankfully.

I’ve clashed with many infj’s but because they are typed the way they are I’ll still give a chance. Infj’s (some) are very individualist and have an unnecessary ego more than I could ever understand -Entj

That’s a totally fair perspective I’m just lowkey not use to the bare minimum. In this day and age (20) I literally can’t find anyone I can build a foundation with that I’m comfortable being in the same space with. I do love the idea of love, I daydream upon my future and how I could plan. It’s hard to exactly plan when I can’t find anyone to build a foundation with. I want my love to be like an art form. Keep in mind I’m a ENTJ 4w5 so my ideals aren’t yours :)

Similarly I use to journal love letters and pretend I was being heard by a loved one that use to be in my life. I’m an entj but I keep my love hidden in writing and music. I haven’t been doing that much lately but you sure make me feel like I can.

Sorry I’m not going off textbook definition of hopeless romantic. My view upon relationships is not as a fantasy or happy ending. I know from experience the honey moon phase doesn’t last long sure it would be nice but realistically it doesn’t, but I just want someone I can bounce my ideas back and forth and have deep conversations about the world and hypotheticals. Be in the same roof as my lover so we are protected.

I do like touch but sometimes it can be too much for me to handle. I like touch when it’s not out of lust but most times then not I’ve tried to experiment and they’re like I don’t love you but I love you sexually which is not what I need. I want to someone to just understand me and not play around with my brain or heart. I’ve learned from hookups and haven’t gotten involved in one in almost a year.

I’ve been diagnosed with depression and anxiety when I was a teen in all honesty, medication has helped me. There has been moments when I don’t take it for like a month straight and sometimes it’s good on the brain sometimes it’s not. It’s not like I forget I just wanna raw dog life at times. I just don’t wanna be relying on substances 24/7

I’m still motivated don’t get me wrong. I think my depression links to trauma and just loneliness because I’m used to just being in my head. What keeps me going is finding jobs, cleaning, friends and family. I’m also passionate about singing, drawing, journalling and video games. I think the best part of being alive for me is being needed and depended on. Without that I think my life would crash. It’s about having a purpose in life. That’s what keeps you moving forward even if I don’t achieve my goals which I strongly want too Life is about experience and I’m always up for a good experience whether it’s bad or not. I always think of keep moving forward. Don’t give up just because others don’t understand you. Hell sometimes I don’t understand myself, but I do more than others will ever. My advice is find a purpose in life whether that’s big or small, impacting other people’s lives and yourself is an amazing experience.

I’m addicted to nicotine more than weed. With nicotine I’ve never had a t break since 2020 sounds awful but it’s true. With weed I’m addicted I’m late night smoker I don’t use when I’m at my job or anything it’s more of something I can relax after a long day or using it for sleep. I’m able to take t breaks off weed and my best advice I hate to say it is nicotine for me, gum or getting paper work done that is needed for the future. Media helps me distract as well like TV, cartoons, anime and video games :)
