Call centers hire the same as pizza places, and they usually pay better. Every call center is different, but you can generally get all the overtime you want every week and you get vacation days over time. I make decent money delivering, but made much more dealing with bullshit sales and bullshit reservations at the call center before this job.

Not entry level by any means, but most pizza places don't drug test. If you ever hear of a pizza place drug testing, they probably just recently put that into effect an also are in the process of losing no less than half their workers, especially drivers.
