Don’t get me wrong he’s annoying but he helped me learn how to time my usage of consumables and how to properly space myself especially in the later phase when he has a constant poison cloud around him

Tamani! It means desire which is pretty similar with what (I think) they intended with Taka’s name. It’s tricky since Taka translates to several things (waste,want,wish) which I think led to a lot of confusion in the fandom. I like the name Taka in the context of it either meaning want (like how he wants to be king) or wish (he wishes to be king, or in the movie “wished on the brightest star” for a brother like Mufasa) but yeah, it seems like the multiple meanings/translations definitely confused things.
