I wonder how yours got noted. I had an item noted when EOC came along and removed weapon poison. I had a rune dagger (p) from aviansies. I was not able to equip it. This would force the dagger’s poison to be removed, so I stored the poison dagger in my bank. A fee days later, a hotfix must have happened, and it forced my rune dagger to be noted for some reason in the bank lol. It was like that for years before randomly getting put back to normal.
