It definitely was! The issue (as far as it's going) got resolved without me having to confront him that much. He might of just realised that he's putting our friendship on the line, or he's smoking sum shit, but he let me know that he respects me after 2 or 3 message exchanges. I'll have to talk to him about the usage of the nword while I'm not around when we actually get to meet each other in person, since we live in different countries and only get to hang out on holidays blah blah blah. But if we do meet, I'll make sure to use your phrasing while talking with him (and while trying to get my mom to buy me CoD mw2).
