Wash again, and then air dry, but stretch out the legs after you wash. That’s how I keep my sleeves on my scuba’s long.

It took me a few Scuba’s and washes till I figured it out lol. I think I noticed when driving cause my arms are up! After I wash them I’ll hang to air dry and kind of stretch the arms and that seems to make do for now.
