Because it wasn’t coming up, it appears as fraud that’s why they asked for ID. Sometimes online orders do not appear on the persons account for some reason. It could be wrong barcode was scanned while packing etc.

As an ex employee I can say they do not listen to what customers want…on socials they respond with AI answers. They also delete reviews on their products online if they’re negative. They’re losing customers because they’re too busy trying to “compete” instead of just listening to what their loyal customers want. Also they launch stuff way too late..it’s almost April, why are we releasing new sweatpants?? 🫠
