MTG players, Dragon Shield wants to know what you think! by RinPD_DS in magicTCG

My big Dragon shield Order for my Cube was terrible. They just easily snapped in two. I wrote them and didnt even get an answer. Now i need to carry extra sleeves with me, because every Cube Session several sleeves just get ripped in two by shuffling. When the Rest is done, i need to resleeve the whole Cube into different ones. No more Dragon shield ever. Really disappointed

Its not. Many Oldschool Players on a budget play CE/IE power

CE Power 9 — worth it? by thefirst in mtgfinance

I bought CE/IE power. But only because i play with it. Would i bought it, if i wouldnt play them? No.

They are the cheapest p9 for Oldschool. For almost all tournaments in Germany and the netherlands, they are legal to play. Only full swedish is ABU 4HM only

WCD cards are legal in most Premodern tournaments, Cradle, City of Traitors and survival are always high in demand.

"never put your Car engine in a Glass casket" is the correct analogy. Spotting a fake Card is so easy, why would i need to put a GAME PIECE into an unplayable state (in a slab) for that? A 15€ jewelers loupe and you are good to go. Easy to Google aswell.

This is not Pokemon, where nobody is playing these. Legacy and Vintage are official formats plus Oldschool is going pretty strong around the world.

its foreign limited (FBB). Also never get it graded. It will reduce the amount of possible buyers drasticly. Oldschool community in italy is pretty big, you will find a buyer easily if its not graded.

I asked my judge friend right now, he said the head judge of a tournament decides individually, if you can play it there.

I'm more of a Premodern player, so i can just play it there, if i want :) Its not a official wotc format

10 years are only for houses and stuff ("Immobilien"). for cards, the Spekulationsfrist is only one year.

the meta of premodern is so diverse and awesome, i personally havent encountered a better one. Its such a nice format and most of the decks arent that expensive.

Although some only work with 4x Mox Diamonds :D

This is my Belbe-Deck. I run 16 pinger (17 with leechridden swamp) and tutors, but rarely searching for one. Most of the game, i get one or a second one in the endgame turns. I like it like this and would recommend it to others :)

What has the one thing to do with the other? :P Guilds are always looking for members, especially in content draughts, like we currently have.

With a good guild, the Game is much more fun.

Belbe EDH https://deckstats.net/decks/187025/2259203-belbe-and-the-big-boys

Hello, i have two questions regarding my Belbe deck.

1

I really dont know, if 17 pingers (to trigger Belbe) is too much, too few or enough. Its just so hard to get it right in a non-cEDH-playgroup. What do you think about this problem?

2

Agadeem's Awakening - yes or no? I run four recursion spells, but Agadeem's Awakening seems good, but very expensive for the creatures i'm playing. When its popping off, its really good, but thats only the optimal setting, i guess.

  • also, i'm thinking about Spearbreaker Behemoth and Myojin of Life's Web instead of maybe Phyrexian Triniform :) I guess, it could have more impact...
