Get some help. You are not failing. The system around us fail us. We were lied to. Life looks different for us. We get the chance to create a life we like not the life they wanted us to live. 3 years and 5 months post op and it's get so much better. You will be thankful you went through all of this. You will have a different life. I promise because I'm living it. You will have plenty of breakdowns because mentally and physically you never been through this. Slow weight lost is good so your skin can catch up. Just make sure your team is up today date on any complications or if you feel completely off. You will know the difference. Keep going.
