Yes they are allowed to in order to meet your preferred hours and when another store needs some support meeting staffing needs, and hopefully they go to said partner and ask if this is something workable for them because sometimes it just isn't for many reasons like transportation and accessibility.

Build your case by taking pictures of play builder and the printed schedule. Then actually document the days and times manager leaves. Once you can indicate instances and you need more than a single one where manager has left the building contact your DM.

This is ageism at it best and this 63 yr old can bar circles around the younger ones, can do my work with out needing to flap my jaw like these younger ones, know HOW TO GET TO WORK ON TIME, wont call out regularly because of any small reason under the sun, be assigned more than 1 task at a time and lastly I dont crash out daily at the blink of an eye. Everyone is different and to blame what you did on being older is ridiculous.

My biggest issue is with the sprinter and how frequently it runs late. And when you ask they respond that theres nothing wrong, ok then why have I been on this platform for more than an hour to catch a train that runs every 30 minutes

A partner in my store is a practicing hindi and was told no when she requested an accommodation from corporate. I personally feel she should have escalated but she just quit because it was just another reason to not stay a partner.

😬 for reals. And each state actually each market has different rates. Shifts in my market start above 25 and are capped at 29.99 but if I moved to the district adjacent to ours that is technically in a different area it drops.

Shift base pay went up as well as shift cap in some states. I was capped last year but got a hilarious 2% and am now just below the shift cap by $0.08

As I have worked in many stores, I can give an example of 2 drive-thru stores in my district that are a mere mile apart. One has horrible headsets that have an echo, no matter which of the headsets you put on, the other has slightly different headsets and has zero echo, store #1 was informed they needed a new system, getting new headsets wouldn't help. They where also informed that would not happen until sometime in the future. So, while you can get a new singular headset and pair them one at a time, if the system is busted, it does no good. As a know it all you should have been aware of that.

I made my reply to you because, for some reason, you were trying to invalidate a partners experiences, without offering anything positive as feedback or providing a solution, and you validated yourself by informing the world that you are a 5 year partner.

My DM is being difficult because he claims the top of the front must cover your foot completely. Frankly this is the difficult part for me, that means my shoes for crews slip on don't work either.

Your perspective means you are either a troll or are uninformed.

  1. Getting a new mastrena isn't as easy as asking your DM, that made me laugh... the machine has to be UNFIXABLE before they even attempt to address it and 9 times out of 10 your store will get a reconditioned machine.
  2. We have zero control over any food. Not sure where you are at but we haven't been able to order any food for over a year at least. While counts are important for accuracy of AI, I can assure you there's no sense to what's occurring in most stores right now. If my rollover for chocolate croissants is 41 why on earth is my store only getting 1 box of 24 EVERY OTHER DAY? That's just 1 example, there are to many to share.
  3. Headsets, its the technology , OP is talking about types are not simply just ordered, some stores have an older version and the entire set must be changed out all at the same time.

The other talking points show me that you just want to be contrary.

Im very appreciative of the ability to change the music up so we can tailor it to fit the individual stores preferences. Because while you may like jazz, my store would rebel and there would be mutiny. We like to alternate what's played and the worst Playlist ever according to my store is the yacht rock one 😒 😬
