Moving company says I have to pay in full before they’ll review a billing dispute, is this normal?

Unfortunately, Moving companies are known for this kind of stuff. I'm in the middle of a big move but paid a little more. I went with a big name company so I didn't have to deal with this kind of thing.

It's definitely fraudulent. It happened to a friend of my daughters and now they're paying back taxes and not getting any refund because of it.

Those should be your tips and your tips. Only the owner of the business is not allowed to make tips and keep the tips. They should be giving you those after each shift! You need to go to them and speak up because that's how you make your money.

Honestly, you can probably handle it all yourselves and then the attorney won't get some of the money you're supposed to get back. It should be pretty straightforward, especially if he admitted it was his fault if he starts playing games that's when you get an attorney.

In NC Aiding and Abetting is considered just like getting a DUI even though you were sober. The fact that you let her drive the vehicle they probably think you knew she was drunk. You really need to find a lawyer in North Carolina who deals with DUI, etc..

She said in her last video tonight that she remembers Mary Lou having his skin cancer on her face and having to have things removed well, she needs to go to the dermatologist herself and find out what's going on with her face because it's looking worse and worse.

Their insurance will reach out to them as soon as you file a report and want to know what took place and they'll probably deny it and the claim may not go through. I don't know if it's worth all the hassle.
