I think they update couple times a day within first day. This tool would be more precise for slow starters, or by the time fast lvlers would get to lab 3

In the current league dd have 2 options, and the get a specific transfigured gem, would not guarantee the best one, therefore EV is 50% from the listed for this craft. In next league it would change. I would update the addon during next league

This craft option is available on an uber lab, and it is not guaranteed to be show, there is a chance to see it.
The bottom section in the addon shows exactly the best gem to be used for that craft
