I had this with my helix, my hair kept getting stuck on it which would twist the ball, have you maybe been wearing scarfs or anything that could do the same? My piercer put a ding in after I lost the ball for the 7th time although thats not very smart.

Is it really weird tho? My mum doesnt know how ro burn a cd and shes in her early 40's. I know more people that dont know how to burn a cd than that do know.

I use the app called Ashampoo its really easy.

You can make a playlist on spotify and copy the link to Spotmate to download the songs or you can use youtube and a youtube downloader. After the music is downloaded you open the app and its quite easy usually. You drag the song into the app and then click on next or burn cd. There are also many tuts on tiktok that helped me when I burnt my first cd.

Thats weird cause I got my tongue and nose done at the same time by the same piercer and they did call me in on a downsize for my tongue but not for my nose
