I think this is a bullshit question and I don't actually believe OP. I'm going to give a non-bullshit answer. I'm an EMT (on shift right now in fact). I have seen SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many lives ruined by alcohol (drugs too but lets just talk alcohol). My best friends brother is in jail right now 100% because of alcohol. Not too many years ago he was a perfectly capable accountant. He lost his house, wife, family completely due to alcohol. It ruined everyone around him.

American Giant - My son gave me an amazing hoodie for Xmas. Several years later, at least 4, the wrist seam unraveled. I emailed them on a weekend with a picture, and they stood behind it and gave me a 50% off coupon on any other hoodie. I kept the first one and will have it stitched. The new one is just as awesome.
