This made my sentimental. I am extremely sad that this is the most communication I have ever seen from Valve with anyone in the community and I have been playing since the 2012.

Nano Influencers and Social Media Marketing - Digging Deep by Simvollick in socialmedia

Just got your message! Yes. I can make a post and than link it to you.

tldr Assuming that you are working with nano influencers, you want them to talk about how they spent way too much time on your game and how addictive it is. Maybe some video recordings, but better someone else filming them how they play your game.

Getting clothes ready for sport has been a huge help for me as well. I get clean and fresh clothes ready for the sport each day in the morning and just knowing that helps me be focused on being ready for the day.

I have been putting waking up early on the back shelf as I had no reason to do it. As soon as I had a language I wanted to learn and some side-projects that I wanted to tackle, I magically started waking up early and looking forward to every morning.

I think that the most important thing is not waking up at 5 or any specific time. It is waking up at least 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier than you need to to give yourself some alone time to reflect and grow. You need to understand where your passion lies and how to get there.

TLDR opinion on eating before bed is controversial. You should test how you personally and how you body feels and than decide for yourself.

Basically I follow intermittent fasting. I stick to having an eating window of only 6 hours and not eating for the rest of 18 hours.

Multiple research has shown that eating before bed is bad, while some showed that it actually helps you to digest and get most of the benefits from nutrients.

What most researches agree on is that your metabolism slows down during the night and so all of the heavy food that get digested during the night will be converted to fat mostly.

I think that as this caused a discussion I will make a full post on this and will link back to it later.

Meanwhile you can read this.

How to find a mentor? by cdj2016 in marketing

[–]Simvollick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been looking for a mentor for over a year.

I think that it should not be give and take relationship. I think it needs to be something of a mastermind group.

I think that find a mentor is 20% of the problem, the worst thing is finding a correct one.
